 9:30 Go to Emerald Cave (Unseen Thailand) at Koh Mook Island by Resort's boat. You will experience magnificent nature's work there by swimming into the cave and inside will be the wonderful beach with emerald clear water.
 
 12:00 Enjoy your lunch at Koh Kradan Island which you can swimming and snorkeling in peaceful nature. After that we will move to Koh Chuak and Koh Mah Island to see the colorful coral surrounding with many kinds of friendly fishes.

Morakot Cave and Koh Mook

Morakot Cave, or "Tam Nam", a local name, has an entrance which is narrow but wide enough for boats to pass through during the low tide. However, going by boat is not recommended. Tourists should enter the cave by swimming or canoeing rather than to go by long tail boat. The exciting moment happens when one passes through the winding cave into darkness, a distance of 80 meters. As soon as the mouth of the cave is reached, you will say the effort was worthwhile, because you will be fasinated by the emerald-coloured water and delicate, white sand beach, located between steep cliffs. The bright blue sky is like a roof everyone should ensure they are out of the cave before the tide comes in or they won't be able to get out until next day.

Koh Chueak

Are small islands between Koh Muk and Koh Kradan. They are teeming with shallow and deepwater corals and many types of fish.

Koh Kradan Island

Koh Kradan, the most beautiful island of Trang. Its charms are the delicate, white sandy beaches and clear water - so clear that the coral under the sea can be seen. Colourful fish happily swim in the water. Koh Chueak, Koh Ma. and Koh Wan are other choices for diving. These islands are all five star diving site. If you choose to stay in this area, Kradan Island Resort or Koh Hai Fantasy Resort & Spa (in Krabi) are recommended.

Hat Chao Mai National Park

Hat Chao Mai is a marine national park covering the 2 districts of Kantang and Sikao with a 20-kilometres coastline. The park headquarters is at Chang Lang Beach in Tambon Mai Fat, approximately 47 kilometres from the city. To get there, take the Trang-Sikao-Pak Meng Road (Highway No. 4162) for 40 kilometres and then 7 kilometres more on a road paralleling the beach to the park headquarters. Land-based attractions of the park are Pak Meng Beach, Chang Lang Beach, San Beach, Yao Beach, Yong Ling Beach, Chao Mai Beach, and Chao Mai Cave. All are easily accessible by car. Moreover, there are 7 other islands for which the park is responsible. They are Koh Muk, Koh Kradan, Koh Chueak, Koh Pling, Koh Waen, Koh Meng, and Koh Chao Mai. The area was proclaimed a national park on 14 October 1982.
